Desire, the bedroom, and six quiet minutes a day
You still want her. You want to feel wanted, and sure of yourself when the door closes. Past 40, many men notice the drive is quieter, sleep gets broken by trips to the bathroom, and the gym or the workday asks more than it used to.
I built Tempo for that man, with very little time to spare. One deep-dive a week, an archive you can search, quick tips, and pelvic-floor routines done lying down, seated or standing, in a few minutes.

Three ways to spend the same few minutes
Most men who write to me have tried one of the first two. I compare them here by what they ask of your day, and by how private they are.
Minutes a routine takes from your day

The seated routine needs nothing more than a seat on the way home.
I kept Tempo short on purpose. The men I write for have work, children and a partner waiting. A few minutes is the whole ask.
Anders ValeThe membership, in three lengths
Every plan holds the same letter, archive, tips and routines. Only the length differs.
You pay one intro amount today, set by the row you select: $11.99 for One month, $31.99 for Three months or $55.99 for Six months. When that first period closes, Tempo renews automatically at the regular price for the same length: $14.99 a month, $39.99 every three months or $69.99 every six months. Cancel at any moment in the app's settings, or by contacting us — [email protected]
Five positions and where they fit in your day
The pelvic-floor routine is built on five positions. I compare them by the places a busy man already passes through, so the minutes find you rather than the other way round.

Five positions, one path through them.
On your back, knees bent, feet flat. Draw the pelvic floor up and in, hold for five counts, let go for five.
Toward the front of the chair, feet planted, hands on your thighs. Quiet enough for a meeting.
Feet under the hips, knees soft, one hand on the counter. The kettle gives you just enough time.
Lift the hips slowly, hold the floor engaged at the top, lower over four counts.
Heels down, chest tall, a doorframe for balance. Breathe low, hold, release.
Alongside the pelvic work
With her: closeness, comfort, pace
Intimacy is a regular subject in the letter, written for adults and in plain words. I compare positions for the two of you the same way I compare the exercises.

Late evening, the hour most members read the letter.
Lying close, both at rest. Easy on the back and knees, easy to talk.
On the edge of the bed, at eye level, arms around each other.
She sets the pace. You stay still, close, and attentive to her.

Edition 23, as members received it. This is the sample I would show a friend before he paid for anything.
The chair you already sit in
Most men who write to me sit for much of the day. A desk, a car, a train. So this week I begin where you already are.
Sit toward the front of the chair, feet flat and hip-width apart, hands resting on your thighs. Let the belly soften. Breathe in through the nose for four counts.
On the out-breath, draw the pelvic floor gently up and in, as if stopping yourself mid-stream, and hold for five counts. Let go completely for five. Ten rounds take about three minutes.
Nobody across the desk can tell. That is the reason I like this position.
Lost count? Begin the round again. Slow and complete is the version I teach.
Every edition stays in the archive, searchable by position or subject.

What men write to me first
How many minutes does Tempo ask for?
The daily routine runs four to eight minutes. The weekly deep-dive is a ten-minute read, whenever it suits you. A quick tip takes less than a minute.
What if it turns out not to be for me?
Write to me within 21 days of paying and I refund the whole amount. One short message is enough; you owe me no reason.
How do renewal and cancelling work?
Your plan renews at the regular price for the same length. Cancel from the app's settings at any moment, or write to me, and nothing further is charged.
